How long does order fulfillment take?

Order processing begins on the day the order is placed, and completion takes 2–4 business days. For non-standard orders, the lead time is determined individually. In the event of a delivery delay due to reasons beyond our control, we will notify you in advance.

We fulfill orders throughout the entire country as well as within the European Union. We have warehouses in Poland’s largest cities: Warsaw, Katowice, Kraków, Poznań, Gdańsk, Toruń, Rzeszów, Opole, Wrocław, and Szczecin.

Yes, this option is available. Order pickup is arranged individually.

We provide a manufacturer’s warranty for products purchased from us — it is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The standard warranty period is also 24 months. However, it may vary for certain products, particularly those made to individual order. For custom orders, the warranty period is determined on a case-by-case basis.

The delivery cost depends on the order quantity and the destination of transport. We calculate the cost of each delivery individually, based directly on the rates of carriers or the manufacturer. We select the transport option that offers the best balance between quality and price of service.
