The most popular among our customers are welded gratings, especially KOZ welded gratings. These are produced by joining load-bearing flat bars of various sizes with transverse rods through a welding process, which results in a robust structure resistant to heavy use. As an alternative, we offer pressed gratings, distinguished by their aesthetic appeal and the possibility of manufacturing smaller mesh sizes. In this type, rods are mechanically pressed into the load-bearing flat bars, which translates into an elegant appearance and functional benefits—especially appreciated in modern architectural facilities.

Specialized versions are also available, including anti-slip (serrated) models, OFF SHORE compact gratings with additional reinforcements, as well as variants with high edging or adapted for wheeled traffic. All of these solutions are developed with specific environmental and operational requirements in mind.

Technical Parameters of Steel Gratings

The selection of platform gratings depends on several fundamental technical parameters that determine their suitability for specific applications. As an experienced manufacturer, we offer solutions in a variety of sizes—from standard models to custom-made designs.

Mesh sizes – range from 25×25 mm to 150×150 mm. Smaller meshes enhance safety, while larger ones allow better permeability of water and air.
Load capacity and structure – our gratings are manufactured by joining load-bearing flat bars of various dimensions with transverse rods. The height of the flat bars typically ranges from 20 to 60 mm, and the rod diameter from 3 to 6 mm. This configuration enables solutions suitable for both pedestrian traffic and intense mechanical loads.
Types of gratings – we offer, among others, KOZ welded gratings, which are known for their durability and resistance to high forces, as well as pressed gratings, valued for their aesthetics and frequently used in contemporary architectural projects.
Anti-corrosion protection – we use hot-dip galvanizing as a standard, which effectively protects against atmospheric factors. For particularly aggressive environments, we recommend versions made of stainless or acid-resistant steel.

In industrial and warehouse spaces, gratings function as technical platforms, shelving components, and surfaces in loading zones. They withstand heavy loads—including those generated by vehicles such as forklifts—and perform well under intensive use.
