We offer models with lengths from 400 mm to 1500 mm and in three pipe diameter variants: 60.3 mm, 76.1 mm, and 114.3 mm. This allows you to choose a solution that perfectly fits your space.
Each barrier is made of durable galvanized steel and its surface is coated with a long-lasting powder paint in an intense RAL 1003 yellow color. Additionally, each barrier has black reflective foil stripes, which improve its visibility even in poorly lit areas. Our barriers are distinguished by easy installation and a wide range of applications. They are particularly effective in protecting traffic routes and securing warehouse racks. Compared to other types of industrial barriers, they are more versatile and quick to install.
The solid steel structure effectively absorbs the impact force of forklifts, minimizing the risk of damage to racks or walls. We permanently mount them using solid anchors, which ensures high stability. At the same time, the fastening system allows for potential relocation if the warehouse requires reorganization.
Application of forklift impact barriers
Forklift impact barriers, also known as forklift guards, are important components of any modern warehouse. They protect walls, racks, and machines from damage caused by forklifts and other vehicles. Thanks to their solid construction, they effectively absorb impacts, preventing costly repairs and work stoppages.
The most important function of the barriers is also to designate safe traffic routes. The contrasting yellow-black markings increase visibility and facilitate traffic organization within the facility. Forklift guards are ideal in places with intensive forklift operations, where the risk of accidental impact is highest. Their application is also invaluable in pallet storage areas, where they can protect both racking structures and the loads themselves from damage.
Their presence also affects compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Clearly marked work zones reduce the risk of accidents and help maintain order. This is especially important in high-traffic areas where precision and safety are key. Moreover, some forklift impact barrier models can also be used in warehouse parking lots, where they help organize space and protect infrastructure. In combination with other security systems, they create a coherent and effective solution that improves safety throughout the entire facility.
Installation of forklift impact barriers
Proper installation of forklift impact barriers affects their durability and effectiveness. Installation work begins with accurately determining the mounting locations, in accordance with the space protection plan. Only a basic set of tools is needed for installation — an impact drill, concrete drill bits of the appropriate diameter, mounting wrenches, and solid expansion anchors. Each barrier has a stable base that must be firmly attached to the surface to ensure appropriate strength. The quality of the surface also plays an important role. It should be level, stable, and have sufficient load-bearing capacity. We recommend installation on concrete of at least C20/25 class, which provides durability and resistance to loads.
Before starting installation work, it is advisable to clean the surface of dust, oils, and other contaminants. The mounting elements must be in full contact with the surface to ensure the stability of the entire structure. If the surface does not meet the requirements, additional reinforcements or mounting plates can be used. The placement of the barriers should be adapted to the intensity of forklift traffic and the location of loading zones. Each element should be bolted to the surface using anchors, which guarantees its stability even in the case of strong impacts. Proper tightening of the fastenings prevents loosening of the structure and increases its resistance to loads.
To maintain the effectiveness of protection, it is worth regularly checking the condition of the fastenings and the paint coating. Reflective elements may wear out over time, so periodic renewal will improve their visibility and increase safety. Systematic maintenance also allows for the quick detection of any damage and its repair.

How Much Do Forklift Impact Barriers Cost?
The price of pallet bumpers mainly depends on their dimensions and the material they are made of. Standard bumpers coated with powder paint in yellow-and-black colors are more cost-effective. In contrast, models made of stainless steel or those with additional reinforcement elements are more expensive but provide even greater durability and resistance to harsh conditions. Steel pallet bumpers, although initially more costly, are highly durable, designed for intensive use, and offer superior protection against impacts from heavy forklifts.
