The structure consists of posts with a diameter of 60.3 mm or 48.3 mm, which form the frame, and vertical slats with a diameter of 20.00 mm. The spacing between slats should not exceed 14 cm. This configuration prevents children from passing between the bars and hinders climbing attempts. Available heights include 110 cm and 120 cm, with lengths of 150 cm and 200 cm. This enables easy adaptation to diverse urban settings—such as school zones, parks, and street corridors.
The color palette includes standard variants: green, red, blue, light gray, white, yellow, and black, as well as warning color schemes: white-red and yellow-black. U11a Bolt-Down Barriers

Available lengths include 150 cm and 200 cm. Each barrier is equipped with a mounting plate with pre-drilled holes, allowing secure anchoring to surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, or paving blocks. Installation is performed using expansion anchors, with no specialized tools required. The spacing of mounting points ensures stability while minimizing interference with the substrate.
These barriers are well-suited for pedestrian traffic management. A key advantage of this solution is proper physical separation. They are available in the following variants: yellow-black, white-red, green (RAL 6005), and galvanized. Each version is resistant to UV radiation and adverse weather conditions.
U11a Embedded Barriers
Embedded U11a barriers are designed for locations that require permanent and stable protection against falls from height. The total height of the structure is 150 cm, with 40 cm designated for ground embedding. The usable height ranges from 110 cm to 120 cm. Available variants include: 150×110 cm (standard), 200×110 cm (extended), and 150×120 cm (taller). Different pipe diameters allow for adaptation to specific use cases—from securing areas above railway tracks to entrances and ramps leading to underground facilities or pedestrian routes near subterranean infrastructure.
Installation of U11a guardrails requires preparation of a foundation at a minimum depth of 40 cm, using concrete class C20/25 or higher. After approximately 48 hours, the concrete reaches its full load-bearing strength, and the barrier can be safely used. Compared to bolt-down models, embedded barriers offer higher resistance to lateral forces and increased longevity. They are especially recommended in the vicinity of bridges, culverts, and other locations where pedestrian safety is critical.
