Applications of Fencing in Industry
For facilities requiring the highest level of security, such as airports, correctional facilities, or military sites, we employ high-performance solutions. We use concertina razor wire and spiral barbed wire with diameters ranging from 300 to 980 millimeters. In premium versions, the blades have a width of 25 to 35 millimeters. At the top of the fencing, we install barbed wire, which significantly increases security. In manufacturing plants, fencing also helps organize space. We use post, corner, and linear bollards to separate pedestrian areas from work zones and to protect equipment from collisions.
On construction sites, we apply both mobile and permanent solutions. Depending on the stage of the project, we use openwork panels, solid panels, or retaining walls. When necessary, we erect permanent structures with high durability. To control access to secured zones, we install entrance gates with widths from 4.3 to 7 meters, as well as pedestrian gates. The system is often reinforced with retractable bollards that can be temporarily lowered or raised, allowing vehicles to enter without compromising security.

Types of Fencing Used in Industry
In the industrial sector, fencing is a crucial element for securing production facilities, warehouses, and critical infrastructure. One of the primary solutions we use is welded razor mesh, manufactured from sheets measuring 2.1 meters by 6 meters with mesh openings of 30 by 15 millimeters. It is made from a load-bearing wire with a diameter of 2.5 millimeters and protected with a zinc coating. In many cases, we choose Nylofor Light II panel fencing, classic 3D panels, or the stronger 2D type with double horizontal wires. This flexibility allows us to adapt the fencing system to the specific threat level.
For temporary situations, openwork panels are an effective solution. Options include standard versions, oval RoundTop types, and AntiClimb designs with dense mesh. In more demanding locations, we add solid panels made from trapezoidal sheet metal. The system is complemented by pedestrian gates and sliding gates, enabling precise access control.
Effective site security does not end with fencing. Our range also includes bollards, safety barriers, and parking posts made from pipes with diameters ranging from 48 to 76 millimeters and heights from 30 to 110 centimeters. These elements define pedestrian routes and protect infrastructure from mechanical damage, ensuring order and safety.

Panel Fencing – When Is It Worthwhile?
Panel fencing continues to enjoy strong popularity, offering durability, safety, and excellent operational characteristics. Made from galvanized steel and coated with a polyester layer, they are corrosion-resistant. Panel fences are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and require minimal maintenance. The prefabricated nature of panel fencing allows installation time to be reduced by up to three times compared to traditional mesh systems. This easy installation significantly reduces labor costs.
Depending on the facility, we choose panel fencing of varying construction. When basic protection is sufficient, we select Nylofor 3D Light II; for higher requirements, we opt for the stronger Nylofor 2D. The availability of various types of posts and ready-made concrete bases enables us to adapt the system flexibly to the terrain. Such systems are easy to expand. Privacy screens or anti-climb protections can be added. Integration with CCTV monitoring or access control systems further enhances reliability. In the event of damage, the modular panel structure allows the replacement of individual elements. This is a modern solution that truly delivers results.
Concertina and Barbed Wire as Components of Industrial Fencing
Barbed wire effectively increases the level of security. We use a version with a load-bearing wire of 2.5 millimeters in diameter and a sheet thickness of 0.5 millimeters. The product is available in rolls of 200 meters in length and weighing approximately 23 kilograms. When mounted on fencing, it acts as a deterrent and makes climbing more difficult.
Concertina razor wire is available in standard and premium versions. Serrated blades with widths from 25 to 35 millimeters and diameters of 450, 730, and 980 millimeters allow the system to be tailored to individual needs. A fixed number of coils ensures effectiveness over lengths of 8 to 12 meters. Spiral barbed wire—similar to concertina—comes in diameters of 300 or 450 millimeters. Thanks to its jointless construction, it forms a compact cylindrical barrier.
During installation, we use tools such as clamp pliers for fastening. Galvanized steel is used for all connections. All components must be highly durable, as the entire system is subjected to significant loads. One critical detail is the clamp, which stabilizes the concertina on posts or panels. For such work, personal protective equipment is always used. Cut-resistant gloves are essential, enabling safe handling of sharp edges without risk of injury.
