Embedding ensures maximum stability and impact resistance but complicates future modifications. Surface-anchored variants offer greater flexibility—they can be easily disassembled and relocated.
They are made of galvanized steel, additionally protected with powder coating. The color scheme of the street barriers is adapted to various applications. Pedestrian Safety Barrier U-12a
Pedestrian Safety Barrier U-12a features a simple, proven design and is used in various parts of the city—from streets to parks. It is available in three versions: with one crossbar, with two crossbars, or without a crossbar. Models with crossbars increase rigidity and offer better pedestrian protection from entering the roadway. The version without a crossbar is convenient in areas with bicycle parking, as it allows easy bike locking.
We manufacture them in lengths of 150 and 200 cm, using steel pipes with diameters of 48.3 mm, 60.3 mm, or 76.1 mm. The choice of a specific model depends on the required strength level. The installation height should be 110 cm above ground, in accordance with current pedestrian zone standards. Installation can be carried out either by embedding in concrete or by mounting them using surface bolts. The first method ensures full stability, while the second allows for easy relocation when needed. In high-traffic areas and locations exposed to weather, regular technical inspections and ongoing maintenance are recommended.
Sidewalk Splash Protection Barriers
Sidewalk splash protection barriers, also known as mudguards, are designed to protect pedestrians, cyclists, and building facades from splashes of water, mud, and slush. They consist of a sturdy steel frame and a transparent panel made of cellular polycarbonate—a high-quality material resistant to atmospheric conditions. They are most commonly installed along roads with heavy traffic where traditional barriers do not provide sufficient shielding.
Several types of these splash protection barriers are available. The ‘Modern’ variant, commonly referred to as the Wrocław type, features a simple design that integrates well with aesthetically sensitive urban spaces. Type A is equipped with a thicker frame and a 6 mm panel, increasing its durability—making it suitable for more demanding locations. Types B and C differ in mounting methods and finishing details, allowing easy adaptation to specific environments. Reducing water splashes results in less frequent cleaning and consequently lowers the maintenance costs of public spaces.

These barriers are made of steel pipes with diameters of 48.3 mm or 60.3 mm. A single module may be 120, 150, or 200 cm in length, and 100 to 120 cm in height. The choice depends on local conditions and project-specific needs. They can be installed by embedding in concrete or by surface anchoring. The former ensures greater stability, while the latter allows easier future layout adjustments. As they meet current safety standards, they are widely recommended by traffic engineering specialists.

U12a Sidewalk Barriers – Olsztyn Type feature oval-shaped panels, giving them a modern and aesthetic appearance. They are made of steel pipes with diameters of 48.3 mm or 60.3 mm. Standard height is 110 cm above ground, with lengths ranging from 150 to 200 cm. The steel structure is protected against corrosion through galvanization and powder coating, ensuring resistance to environmental conditions for many years.
These barriers are commonly used in modern public spaces. They effectively separate pedestrian areas from roads, protect green zones, and delineate spaces around public buildings. Their oval shape blends well with surroundings while maintaining safety functions. Two color variants are available: a classic white-red version with reflective elements for increased visibility in low-light conditions, and a neutral grey tone ideal for minimalist, design-sensitive settings.
